Summary OF responsibilities:

Studies of tenders and contracts

• Price analysis of construction works and infrastructure

• Preparing technical and financial offers for tenders

• Contracting for construction works and infrastructure

• Establishment of a database (for execution contractors - suppliers - importers)

• Establishment of a database of the latest developments in prices of materials and tasks

• Preparing project needs plans

Job Requirements:

Required skills and expertise of desired candidate:

Experience of not less than 5 years.

- Bachelor of engineering degree from a public university.

- preferably residents of Alex

Proven working experience in civil engineering

•Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar

•Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals etc

•Project management and supervision skills

•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
