We are looking for a skilled HR Manager for a Hotel Located in Alexandria to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. He/She will support Hotel needs and ensure the proper implementation of Hotel strategy and objectives ,His/Her Responsibilities will Include :
-Managing the recruitment and selection process
-Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures
-Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
-Report to management and provide decision support
With the Following Qualifications :
Experience: Min (5 Years) in Hotels field
HR Certificate: is preferred
