· Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Architecture, Planning or related field or equivalent experience.
· Fluent in English and Arabic
· Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, internet applications.

· Experience in the business world, ideally within real estate operations.
· Ability to work both independently and within a team and effectively communicate Amazon requirements to various audiences (e.g. internal and external stakeholders, etc.).
